Philadelphia Police Turned 'Hotline Bling' Into A Ridiculous PSA For Winter Storm Jonas

by Gillian Fuller

If you live anywhere in the US, you've undoubtedly heard about Winter Storm Jonas, the epic snowstorm expected to ravage much of the East Coast this weekend.

One city gearing up to get slammed by the storm is Philadelphia.

In anticipation of the snowfall — which is forecasted to be anywhere between 12 and 16 inches — the Philadelphia police department created a video reminding citizens not to use traffic cones to save parking spots during the storm. Apparently, it's a real issue in the City of Brotherly Love.

But that's not the story here. The story is that the Philly PD turned to Drake to help them communicate their message — and the result was, unsurprisingly, f*cking hilarious.

We don't want to spoil the video, so watch it below and enjoy.
