Olivia Munn is living her best life.

The "X-Men: Apocalypse" actress was featured on the cover of Women's Health magazine for its June issue, and she looks absolutely flawless.

In the story, Munn opens up about the diet and work-out regimen she used to help her lose 12 pounds.

The actress explained,

When I started on 'X-Men,' I had been training and doing regular personal training and trying to eat in a healthy way.

According to Munn, weight loss was never the main goal -- she was just focused on improving her health. She said,

My intention was to just get as fit and as healthy as I could be, for myself... I started working out every single day, and then I also started getting into eating 20-80, where 80 percent of your diet is fruits and vegetables and 20 percent is whatever. So, that can be any kind of meats or breads or anything else, but mostly fruits and vegetables.

DAMN, that's a lot of veggies. Apparently, Munn is following a similar diet set by Gisele Bündchen and Tom Brady.

If you haven't heard about Tom Brady's diet, well, it sounds miserable. I'm all about making healthy choices and living off a plant-based diet, but NO COFFEE? That's where I draw the line.

Bündchen and Brady also have a private chef who cooks organic meals for their family. I guess eating clean is a lot easier when you have a professional cook preparing your food.

Munn's diet isn't as strict as this, but she does eat organically. She shared,

That's been a big part of, I think, feeling healthy, feeling fit, feeling clear. Knowing that you're putting only clean foods into your body, that's been a really important thing for me.

Makes sense to me. And hey, Munn did lose 12 pounds. Perhaps this is how we can all get our bikini bods before summer.
