Lucy Hale From 'Pretty Little Liars' Did The Craziest Thing On Live TV (Video)

If you didn't watch the mid-season premiere of "Pretty Little Liars: 5 Years Forward" last night, then IDK what you're doing with your time.

Life has been pretty lame without Aria, Emily, Hanna, Ali and Spencer, but DON'T WORRY, guys. The liars are back, and sh*t is about to go down.

In honor of their return, Lucy Hale appeared on "Live! with Kelly & Michael" to hang out and do some... pretty crazy things.

Kelly started the conversation by asking Lucy about her love for Andrew Zimmern's weird food show, "Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern."

She then asked Lucy if she would be down to eat some weird foods (in honor of Zimmern, of course), and Lucy replied saying,

I will try anything once.
