Kim And Kanye Offer To Give Man Yeezy Boosts To Help Him Get A Kidney

Kim and Kanye might get a bad rep for being so damn rich and famous, but that doesn't mean they don't care about others.

After learning about 26-year-old Matt Neal, who recently put up a Facebook post saying he was willing to trade his Yeezys for a new kidney after both of his failed, Kim and Kanye reached out to support him.

According to Us Weekly, the couple offered a free pair of Yeezys to Neal if he gave his to someone in exchange for a kidney.

When asked about the outpouring of love and support since putting up the status, Neal wrote on Facebook,

I've been in tears twice now because all the love and support that I'm getting from random strangers!!

Kim and Kanye are finally putting these Yeezys to good use and helping people who need them most.
