Kanye Had Everyone Dress Up As A Pregnant Kim To Celebrate Her Birthday (Photos)

If there's one thing pregnant women love, it's being constantly reminded how very pregnant they are.

Kanye West knows this and threw his wife, Kim Kardashian West, a pregnancy-themed birthday complete with guests wearing fake bellies and a cake reading, “Happy Pregnant Birthday Kim.”

The party took place at Cinépolis Luxury Cinemas in Westlake Village, California. In an interview with PEOPLE, a source primarily focused on color scheme described the event.

The source claimed,

Kim arrived hand-in-hand with Kanye… She wore a beige dress with a coat. Guests brought gifts wrapped in black and white. They all toasted Kim before they entered a private, movie viewing.

Beige, black and white, got it. Guests included Kourtney Kardashian, Kendall Jenner, Caitlyn Jenner, Kylie Jenner with boyfriend Tyga and Kris Jenner with boyfriend Corey Gamble.

Kourtney posted a pic on Instagram of herself and fellow guests dressed as "Pregnant Kim."

Crop-top enthusiast Kylie opted to carry her fake baby in her butt rather than her belly.

Kanye arranged for floral arrangements and balloons to set the birthday mood and made sure guests sporting fake bellies had Margarita Man refreshments to enjoy.

The birthday girl, now 35, posted a snap of her cake on Instagram, thanking her husband for the sweet surprise.

She gushed,

My husband never ceases the amaze me! He rented out the entire movie theater to screen the new Steve Jobs…and had all of my family & close friends come dressed up as their best pregnant Kim look (fake baby bumps provided on arrival!) Not sure if that was to make me feel less huge or just a fun cool theme but I loved it & had the best time ever.
