These Two Cast Members From 'Friends' Could Be Dating In Real Life

Remember how excited you were when Chandler and Monica finally got together at Ross' wedding?

Well, get ready to freak, because Chandler and Monica — I mean, Matthew Perry and Courteney Cox — might actually be dating in real life.

The not-always-reliable Star magazine was the first to report the pair's potential romance, citing a mutual friend as the source. Supposedly, Cox has been using Perry for emotional support since her split with fiancé Johnny McDaid earlier this month.

The source, who may or may not actually exist, said,

It's no surprise that Matthew was one of the first people Courteney called when she ended the engagement. They've leaned on each other before, during her infertility struggle and his battle with addiction… There isn't any pressure to put a label on it yet, but they're excited to see where this might go.

While Star magazine does have a reputation for perpetuating false rumors, it should be noted the tabloid was the first to report on Cox's split with McDaid — and it was right.

And with that, we're going to keep our fingers crossed that Perry and Cox really are dating. After all, he's always been her lobster.
