Writers, gather your odes and every piece of literature with a discernible, vitalizing, beautiful source of inspiration.

Your muses will one day read your words and, if it's anywhere near as good as Kanye West's poetry, they may even respond.

'Ye penned “The McDonalds Man” for Boys Don't Cry, the magazine accompanying Frank Ocean's new album Blonde. McDonalds read it and shot the rapper a reply.

Like, holy shit, Yeezy. The McDonald's read your poem. The McDonald's read it and made a statement just for you!

The poem included gems like, “Even the McRib was jealous of the fries / I could see it through his artificial meat eyes,” and, naturally, the fast food giant couldn't stay silent.

Terri Hickey, a spokesperson for McDonald's, told TIME,

We're lovin' the love for McDonald's World Famous Fries and Apple Pies. Like the beef in our burgers our love for our fans' creativity is 100 percent.

The pure shade of a drunchies giant like Micky D's calling Kanye West a fan and then applauding his “creativity” is juicier than any single item on their predominantly beige menu.

More of this, please.
