Despite the fact they're no longer a couple, Khloé Kardashian continues to look out for Lamar Odom's best interests, keeping him healthy and active.

On Sunday's episode of “Keeping Up with the Kardashians,” Lamar expresses interest in visiting a training facility to hone his basketball (or, as Koko and Kris Jenner call it, “baskuhball”) skills.

When Kris asks if he's been playing, Lamar tells her,

I'm gonna go to this training facility in Santa Barbara. A lot of pros and guys that would be pros work out there.

Khloé is eager for her ex to get active but questions whether Lamar, whose 2015 overdose revealed his struggle with addiction to the world, is truly serious about going to Santa Barbara.

She tells viewers,

Basketball is obviously Lamar's passion and love, and anything that's positive and uplifting I'm all for, but Lamar hasn't followed through recently with so many things. Like, I need to see some consistency and a little effort on Lamar's part.

The 30-year-old also vents to BFF Malika Haqq, insisting Lamar hasn't made it to the boxing classes she set up and wondering how he's going to suddenly pull it together.

Khloé says,

He hasn't gone to one workout… I am just so conflicted right now and I feel guilty about it. I want the best for Lamar, I love that he would be spending his time in such a positive way, but you know with everything going on lately there's just not a lot of trust there.

That lack of trust has Khloé worried about Lamar's health overall.

At one point, she tells sister Kim,

I said, 'You know, like, you could die right now, right?' It's just so stupid. I feel really strongly there's only one outcome.

Lamy is lucky to have Khloé looking out for him for better or for worse, even if they've chosen not to stay married.
