Julianne Hough’s Morning Routine Will Make You Stop Hitting Snooze On Your Alarm

Julianne Hough's morning routine will either motivate you to get your life in order, or make you sob loudly knowing that Julianne does more before 9 am than you do all week.

Either way, you need to read what she does because holy hell is this impressive, and it clearly works.

Look at her abs! Her stomach looks like a rock quarry.

You could grate parmesan cheese off of that thing.

Hough recently sat down with InStyle to talk about what it takes to obtain a body like hers, and brace yourself, because if you want to look like *points to ab rock video* you'll have to make a ton of sacrifices.

Here's a breakdown of Julianne Hough's morning routine:

It all starts with her waking up before 11 am.

According to Hough,

I usually wake up around 7 a.m. and check my Fitbit in the morning to see my sleep data from the night before. It's helpful to see how well I've slept and learn about how to improve my overall sleep habits. I've made it a goal to get at least eight hours each night.

She then tackles breakfast.

Breakfast for Hough, according to InStyle, is a two-part event starting with hot water and lemon, half a protein bar, a banana and a cup of English Breakfast tea before she heads out to her workout.

After that, she normally has steamed eggs, sliced avocado, a large green juice and sliced tomatoes for the second part of her breakfast.

Can't forget that mornin' workout.

Hough says,

I change my workout routine everyday to ensure I'm exercising different parts of my body in a variety of ways. I typically go to Body By Simone, Tracy Anderson, SoulCycle, and CorePower Yoga. Based on my Fitbit data, during an average Body By Simone workout, I burn almost 300 calories in 45 minutes.

You gotta make room for lunch.

After meetings, Hough will grab a lunch consisting of a mixed green salad with quinoa, grilled chicken, chopped veggies, olive oil and lemon juice.

All tuckered out and ready for bed.

After a full day, Hough has a pretty normal bed schedule of putting her dogs to sleep and hoping to be tucked in by around 10 pm. According to Hough, though, that bed she gets tucked into needs to have some lavender misted onto it.

I feel exhausted just thinking about this.
