'Game Of Thrones' Star Maisie Williams: HBD Sophie Turner
What are you and your bestie up to? Another night of drinking a bottle of wine each while scrolling through Instagram and @-ing each other in funny posts despite being next to each other on the couch? (Same.)
They, like every other female best friendship I've witnessed, even touch each other's boobs and fix each other's dresses.
On Tuesday, February 21, Turner rang in her 21st birthday.
Naturally, her 19-year-old bestie sent her a sweet message on Twitter with a picture from 2010, when they first met.
Happy 21st Birthday @SophieT Forever looking up to you, in more ways than one.
Turner is 8 inches taller than her "Game of Thrones" sister -- which, to me, is the mark of a true friendship. The height difference means they're willing to go the distance for each other.
Turner replied to Williams' tweet with,
Nah. Lookin up to you, kid. Love you.
The two met at their first audition to play the Stark sisters, and they have been inseparable ever since.
Back in 2015, before the fifth season premiere of "Game of Thrones," Williams told New York Times about how she and Turner just get each other, especially considering how they both shot to super stardom after the show was released.
Our other friends don't 100 percent get it. Sometimes it is nice to just be with the one person who does.
During the interview, Turner told Williams,
No one else gets it like you get it. No one gets me like you do.
Hopefully, their characters will be reunited in the next season of "Game of Thrones" soon so we get to see the sisters together again.
