Few celebrity couples pull at our heartstrings quite like Anna Faris and Chris Pratt.

Stephen Colbert, who Pratt visited on "Late Night" this past Monday, commented that Chris is one of those guys you meet just once and feel like you're immediately really good friends with him.

It could be this sort of warmth, or the fact that they seem just like regular, hilarious (albeit really, really, ridiculously good-looking) people, that draw so many of us to them.

While chatting with Colbert about his new role as Star-Lord in the upcoming film Guardians of The Galaxy: Vol 2, Stephen noted how incredible the soundtrack for the first edition was and asked Pratt if he is a music guy, or, more specifically, a mixtape guy.

Pratt explained,

I did one for my brother first, and it was an '80s mix. It was called Guess You Had to Be There mix, and it was a bunch of songs that just worked. I knew they would conjure up the same memories and they'd be sentimental for him the way they were for me and so meaningful. I gave it to him, and I was like 'I'm the mixtape guy.'

It was with this confidence he embarked on making his second mixtape, but this time for his wife, Anna Faris.

Chris explained to Colbert that his intention was to make a "love-making" playlist, and included Al Green as his first track.

Pratt said, "I could tell right -- big miss."

He continued, saying Anna was like, "Who are you? You don't listen to Al Green. What are you trying to pull? We're already married -- it's cool."

Pratt said he felt so embarrassed by his song choice, the couple didn't even make it through the song before turning the tape off.

It's ok, Chris. Don't feel bad. I know a few people who would be interested in listening to that, a-hem, love-making mixtape with you if you're really heartbroken over it.

(Cough, me, cough.)
