Calvin Harris Made A Cameo In Taylor Swift's New 'Wildest Dreams' Video

Sometimes, I'm not sure whether Calvin Harris is trying to date Taylor Swift or adopt her.

Harris is obviously devoted to his lady love: He defended her on Twitter, matched his outfit to hers while grocery shopping and publicly expressed his affection for her on every social media platform available.

Harris' support of TayTay is the kind any lonely single hopes to find one day -- though it occasionally borders on unconditional, fatherly enthusiasm.

Mashable reports, though he couldn't make it to the VMAs on Sunday due to a gig in Glasgow, the DJ did change his Instagram avatar to coincide with the debut of Swift's “Wildest Dreams” video.

The gorgeous video features a gut-wrenching love affair between Swift, whose character basically just IS Elizabeth Taylor, and her beautiful costar as they film a movie in Africa.

Of the various majestic animals on parade in the video, the most striking is a massive lion Swift poses ever so casually in front of. No big deal.

Now, I know you're probably one step ahead of me at this point, so I'll just go ahead and say... YES.

CALVIN HARRIS CHANGED HIS AVATAR TO A BREATHTAKING PORTRAIT OF A LION.

Harris' move was as cute as it was borderline dad-front-row-at-the-school-play-with-a-camcorder-and-a-bouquet.

Whether Harris intends to marry Swift or merely raise her to be a productive adult who knows how to change a tire, he's a good egg who is behind his woman every step of the way.
