Britney Spears Dancing To Adele's 'Hello' Is All You Need To See Today (Video)

Those of us who followed Britney Spears' career since its beginning during our sweet, hopeful childhoods tend to relate to her, somehow, as if she is our own daughter.

We root for her. We defend her. We clap when she twirls around the living room.

Such was the case when the pop star pirouetted to Adele's “Hello” and posted a short black-and-white clip of her moves on Instagram.

Beneath the video, in which the former Mouseketeer does such a good job (right??? #proudmom), Spears wrote,

I could dance to this song a MILLION times...love you @adele!

A trade may actually be in the works for the singers.

In an interview with i-D following the release of her first single in three years, Adele mentioned,

I'd like to see Britney in Vegas.

From the looks of a (very clever!!! #proudmom) tweet, Spears is willing to barter.

This is, frankly, a friendship everyone can get behind. It's just two divas with plenty of hard-earned experience telling their stories their ways.

Honestly, nothing could make me more of a #proudmom.
