'Bachelorette' Fans Are Pissed At The Show For This Tiny Detail In Episode Promo

Hey, Bachelorette fans, remember how we have been worried about Kenny's bloody eye literally all season?

You know, the bloody eye that was teased in a promo literally a month ago? And then on Monday night's episode was teased over and over again, and seemed to be connected to Kenny and Lee's big fight?

ABC

Yeah, no, it turns out that had nothing to do with the fight.

Instead, Kenny got that injury from a literal live action role play of a Viking fight with Adam.

ABC

It was very silly, and very civil. There was absolutely no drama. After the injury, Kenny said, and I quote:

I spilled some blood, Adam spilled some blood, but it's all in good competition!

As Kenny says, Adam also got rough up a little bit and was sporting some blood of his own. (Obviously you didn't see that in the promos, because, like, which one is Adam again?)

ABC

The whole thing lasted about two seconds, neither of the guys were mad at each other afterwards. Kenny was given a nice Band-Aid, and was crowned Best Viking. (King Viking? Head Viking? Viking Master? I don't know anything about Vikings.)

I'm assuming one of the producers kissed his boo-boo to make it better as well.

ABC

As it turns out, even when you put a lot of men in a room to fight over a woman, and manipulate them into fighting... they still stay pretty civil for the most part.

So, obviously, fans on Twitter are a little pissed at this extreme lack of drama.

I mean, first they just act like that promo never happened, and then just snuck it into this lame cosplay group date? No one was even mad at each other? Nah. Heck nah.

Yep. We straight up got played by The Bachelorette producers, you guys.

This isn't the first time, and it won't be the last time. Misleading promos is what The Bachelorette is all about!
