The pair apparently forgot how late it was and that only a few rooms would have their lights on at that hour.

Scrolling to about 30 seconds in reveals the clearest images, where a woman appears to be pressing her hands up against the window.

The video first emerged in 2013 but only went viral after its recent appearance.

While the building is referred to as Russia's "White House," it is not the residence of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
