When you are in a relationship for a long time, your friends become friends with your partner and vice versa.

So if your relationship ends, you still have all of those mutual friendships.

Every now and then, you might run into your ex at various gatherings and you may try to be friendly, but underneath, you might be dreading any alone time with him or her.

So what happens if you end up stuck with your ex for a night waiting for your friends to arrive? Would you make the best of it, or would you dig up the past?
