Continuing with my alcoholic coffee inspired recipe week (isn’t this so much fun?) I’ve chosen a drink that falls more on the “cocktail” side rather than the “coffee” end of the spectrum.
This is the kind of drink you’d be sipping on in a five-star hotel’s lounge, or in the comforts of your own home, whatever works for you.
1 oz. Frangelico
1 oz. SKYY Vodka
¾ oz. cold espresso
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass.
