The Oscars are one of the most heavily watched Award’s Programs on television, especially the red carpet portion, prior to the actual show. Because of this, why not get together with your friends and family and watch the show together?
I’m sure that this happens anyway, but this year, try decorating a bit to make the event seem more festive. Nothing gets someone more in the mood for something than themed party treats and a nicely decorated table.
I’m not saying go overboard. Head over to your local dollar store or party supply store and purchase some gold and silver cut out hearts for a quick table accent. Serve Champagne and popcorn. Cupcakes with toothpick accents.
The smallest effort makes a big difference in party decorating. If you’re interested in going the extra mile. Try hosting an Oscar party game. The easiest way to do this is to have guests fill out prediction ballots and offer small prizes for those who choose correctly.
