Well, maybe not, but according to a new study conducted by researchers at the University of Rochester Medical Center, it has been proven that self-described ‘neurotics’ have a lower body mass index and fewer health conditions.

The study measured 12 hours worth of urine samples from over 1,000 adults. The volunteers who considered themselves to be organized and self-controlled had a lower amount of Interleukin 6 in their systems, which is a biomarker for chronic diseases and inflammation.

Okay, I have to admit, I’m not exactly science savvy, so I don’t really understand how this works. What do you guys think?
