Marc Jacobs could be considered one of the busiest designers around. Not only does he design three collections a year, in addition to having an upcoming beauty line at Sephora, the designer is now adding actor to his résumé.
The independent film that Jacobs is acting in, which is set to hit theaters on April 12, is called "Disconnect." The film is a thriller, which surprised me almost as much as Jacobs acting in the first place, and it apparently, is very good.
Jacobs plays a type of “pimp” for underage teenagers who are involved in online web-chat prostitution.
He’s definitely breaking out of his comfort zone with this role, huh?
