What do Beyoncé, Diane von Furstenberg, Jennifer Garner and Condoleezza Rice all have in common?

They are, without a doubt, total lady-bosses, and they're inspiring young girls to become driven women, too.

The vocal feminists appeared in a PSA for Sheryl Sandberg's Lean In foundation, admonishing the use of the word "bossy."

Sandberg argues that it's a negative synonym for "determined" or "ambitious" frequently applied to young women, which discourages them from pursuing leadership roles.

"I'm not bossy," Beyoncé states, "I'm the boss."

Damn straight.

Even Donald Trump would be proud. Check out the empowering video.
