This DIY Sangria In A Personalized Bottle Is The Perfect Valentine's Day Gift

by Brit + Co

At Brit + Co, we love a good cocktail.

We brought you glittery bottled cocktails last year, and decided to turn our attention to our other best friend: wine. We'll show you how to DIY your own special Valentine's Day wine labels.

Don't worry, we're not asking you to age your own wine. Instead, we've got a tasty winter sangria to fill those empty bottles.

Get started on the blueberry-pomegranate sangria.

Ingredients: Moscato wine Pomegranate juice Sprite Blueberry vodka Triple sec

Materials: Wine bottle Cork Corker

Pour the Moscato, Pom and Sprite into a large pitcher.

Measure a 1/2 cup of blueberry vodka and a 1/2 cup of triple sec.

Stir it all up.

We are absolutely obsessed with corkers, and plan on making quite a few bottled cocktails from now on.

Now, make some adorable DIY wine labels to finish off your love potion!

Gather your materials and get crafty.

Materials: Card stock Pens Washi tape Double-sided tape

Tools: X-acto knife Cutting mat Ruler

Cut out your label from fun patterned card stock. The rectangle should measure 4 x 11 inches.

Use the washi tape to mark off 2.5 inches in the center of the paper. This is where you'll write your love message.

Try to keep it within these lines, or your message will be hard to read once wrapped around the bottle.

Feeling lazy and don't want to drag out the cutting mat? We feel you. Try ripping the edges for a torn notebook effect.

Use double-sided sticky tape to attach your label to the bottle of wine. Cover with colorful washi tape.

Gifts don't get more thoughtful than this.

When you pour your delicious sangria, garnish it with fresh blueberries and mint.
