Elle Macpherson Might Be The Hottest 50-Year-Old Woman Ever (Photos)

Elle MacPherson is a 50-year-old Australian businesswoman, model, actress and television host, known best for her record of five Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue covers beginning in the 1980s.

Last week, the 6-foot-tall beauty tweeted a picture of herself in a bikini to remind insecure women in their 20s that a woman halfway to 100 looks way, way better than we do.

Obviously, we all want to know her secrets, so ABC News' Sara Haines investigated.

MacPherson swears by laughing, and her diet consists mainly of "vegetables, a little bit of fish, not much protein, no coffee, alcohol" and three liters of water a day.

MacPherson admitted she doesn't go to the gym.

I'm Australian and I've always done a lot of sport, whether it be surfing or running or hiking, road biking … it's not really just about making sure you look thin but it's actually that you enjoy doing.

MacPherson's long hair, perfect legs, and tight stomach reveal that age truly is just a number, and that sexy can be timeless. I'm inspired.
