Your 20s are a funny time.
When you turn 20, it seems like a lifetime of opportunity is ahead of you. You're halfway through college, about to turn 21 and start the prime party phase of your life -- and after you've hit that major life goal, you'll graduate and get your first job.
Then, one day, you wake up and realize you're 29 and you're on the verge of actual adulthood.
What do you have to show for your 20s? Not much, except maybe 15 extra pounds, a tiny apartment and a ton of student debt (How do you still owe freaking $50,000 when you're seven years out of college?).
What's the end result? It's a little thing called a "quarter-life crisis."
The best remedy for this soul-crushing identity crisis SHOULD be to accept the fact that you're aging and you can't turn back the hands of time.
Only, let's be honest, that's not going to happen.
Instead, why not make a list! A bucket list, that is: a to-do list of sorts, except this time, it's a must-do list.
When that time comes for me, my list might include finally being able to run a 5k or to cook chicken without getting food poisoning.
If I really reach for the stars, I'd say I want to see the Aurora Borealis, go on a safari and get my own place.
