Are You Making Yourself Go Bald?

Are you one of those women who notices that you lose a lot of hair in the shower? Or that your brush is filled with more and more hair with each stroke? Well, you could be hurting your hair with all of your styling.

According to the American Hair Loss Association, 40 percent of people who lose their hair are now women. Another company, Bio Follicle, supplemented this study by saying that over 30 million women suffer from premature hair loss and that losing your hair can be caused from anything from stress and genetics.

Another thing that’s to blame: your hair routine. High temperature heat styling tools, hard gels, and too tight ponytails are causing crazy damage to your hair, making it weaker and more likely to fall out.

Fix this problem by using low pH and sulfate free shampoos and conditioners to help prevent further hair damage, and of course, try switching up your hair routine. Less heat styling and start paying more attention to what you’re putting in your hair.
