Wine is certainly a staple of women (even men) everywhere. Who doesn’t love a good glass of wine (or two) every day? I’ve heard plenty of good wine vs. bad wine arguments in my time, but I’ve never really paid much attention to that debate.
To me, wine is wine. I’ll love it no matter how bad for me it is. However, some of you may not feel the same way that I do. To help those people, the University of Southern Mississippi conducted a study and found 8 wines that can actually be beneficial to your health.
The wines of this list contain resveratrol, an antioxidant that can help ward off everything from cancer to heart attacks, so by all means, keep drinking:
