These Yoga Poses Will Cure Your Anxiety Faster Than You Can Say 'Namaste'

Whether you're into yoga or not, let me ask you a question: Do you get anxious?

If so, you're not alone. Anxiety is the most common mental illness -- 40 million Americans are affected by anxiety disorders.

Because May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we've spent this past week talking about ways to get happier through foodmeditation and little tweaks you can make in your daily routine.

And let's face it: Life is tough. Whether it's a breakup, a rough day at work or an impossible exam, getting through a stressful event without a wave of anxiety is pretty much impossible.

So, what's the best way to cope when that happens? Instead of grabbing a few too many glasses of wine and drinking your troubles away, I beg you try something else.
