How To Add Veggies To Your Favorite Foods Without Changing Their Taste

by Leigh Weingus

Listen, we all know how good vegetables are for us.

Veggies are packed with nutrients, full of fiber (helping you stay full longer) and naturally low in calories.

When it comes down to actually eating those vitamin-packed veggies, though, it can be a bit of a struggle.

Why eat steamed broccoli for dinner when you have so many other delicious options, like pizza, pasta, burgers and fries (I could go on all day, but I'm making myself hungry, so I'll end that list there)?

Luckily, there are tons of ways to sneak vegetables into every meal. I'm a huge fan of getting a few servings of vegetables in my breakfast by blending spinach into my morning smoothies. You can't even taste it, I promise!

I'm not the only one with an idea as bright as that one. In fact, WebMD has some even better ones, and the site put together some super helpful videos.

For healthier muffins, add broccoli.
