Megan Fox’s lace-up, red number for the 2021 Met Gala took 50 people to make, according to her stylist Maeve Reilly, which makes a lot of sense when you take in all the beading, lacing, and embroidery on the gown. The fiery piece was a custom creation by Dundas, and given how it’s expertly tailored to her body, it checks out.

Similar to her VMAs look from Sept. 12, Fox’s dress is all about body-ody-ody. The ties that connect her plunging neckline form a traditional criss-cross pattern down to her belly button, but the ties on her upper thigh slits sit in a unique, spiderweb-like pattern.
