On Monday night, following his US Open win over John Isner, Roger Federer walked over to the Arthur Ashe Stadium crowd to greet a throng of eager autograph seekers.
While he was signing hats, sneakers and balls, Federer spotted a young boy getting crushed by the fans behind him.
Being the hero he is, the Swiss sensation immediately told fans to stop pushing.
Then, Federer had security lift the boy out of the crowd and onto the court, where the former world number one gave him two autographs and made sure he was OK.
Stay classy, Roger Federer.
