If there are any golf fans out there, this one is for you.
History was made at the U.S. Open this weekend, when real-life golf legend Tiger Woods ran into actor Christopher McDonald, who played fictional golf legend Shooter McGavin in the timeless comedy “Happy Gilmore.”
Both were there to watch the tennis tournament, Woods being accompanied by his daughter. Once the two met, they became fast friends and even snapped a selfie, which resurfaced on Twitter earlier today.
We can only imagine what 18 holes with these two would be like. Someone, anyone, please make it happen!
Relish in the good press, Mr. Woods.
