Michael Phelps' new commercial will get you pumped, guaranteed.

In Under Armour's latest addition to its "Rule Yourself" campaign, the 30-year-old great is shown training for his last goodbye, which will come this summer at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

The images are poignant and powerful -- an 18-time gold medalist going hard in the gym and the pool like he still has something to prove.

It also fits perfectly with Under Armour's message: It's what you do in the dark that puts you in the light.
