10-Year-Old Manchester City Fan With Cancer Got The Surprise Of His Life (Video)

Manchester City is not only number one in the Premier League, the team is also number one in this special fan's heart.

Finn Middleton, a young fan who was diagnosed with cancer at the age of 5, was treated to the surprise of his life last month, courtesy of his favorite players at Manchester City.

Middleton had his last treatment 20 months ago and was given the red carpet treatment at City's Etihad Stadium. There, the team had a jersey waiting for him, right in between the lockers of his to favorite players: goalkeeper Joe Hart and striker Sergio Agüero.

Middleton also had the pleasure of walking out with the team during a Premier League match, and there was one last surprise at the end of the match that left him speechless.
