10 Reasons Why It Sucks To Be A Chiefs Fan
For some reason, the Kansas City Chiefs have been dubbed the NFL's darling team this season, as ESPN has even started using the mantra "from worst to first" whenever mentioning them in the broadcast.
But has anyone else noticed something funny? The Chiefs actually aren't all that great. Sure their defense can hold it down, but when you have one of the most vertically challenged quarterbacks in the league, you just aren't going to get far.
Sure a solid run game has kept them in the hunt and takeaways have been plenty, but with no Elite receivers on the perimeter, they just can't put points up in bunches.
Especially in a division where they face guys like Peyton Manning and Philip Rivers, they will soon be exposed and not be nearly as hot as when they started.
Andy Reid's storybook season is surely taking a turn after losing his first game and it will only be a matter of time before people will be saying "Kansas... who?" all over again. These are the 10 reasons why it sucks to be a Chiefs fan:
You're tied for the best record in the NFL and everyone still thinks you suck
Your "vaunted" defense can't even keep their pants on
Your coach is actually the Kool-Aid man
But he could actually just be a baby

Your "star" receiver has never broken out because he's always getting high
Alex Smith can't throw the ball farther than 15 yards
And let's be honest, he doesn't really know what he's doing out there
Your last good quarterback was Joe Montana when he was on the decline
Realistically, you're not going to the Super Bowl because this guy's in your division
Which means you won't see many more of these this season
