Jon Hendren is here to remind you of how little you've grown over the past few years.

It's always nice to have an accountabilibuddy.

For those unfamiliar of this concept, an accountabilibuddy is someone that holds you accountable for any goals or promises you make to yourself. Some people use them to maintain a diet and healthy exercise routine.

Some use them to make sure they keep up with a work deadline or school work.

I once used one to remind myself not to call pigeons "dumb flying trash assholes" loudly in public. I was still able to THINK this, as I'm sure we all do.

I just wasn't allowed to say it loudly, especially since I live down the block from a middle school that has a tree outside of it that houses easily five million dumb, flying trash assholes.

Jon Hendren has kind of turned himself into the Internet's accountabilibuddy.

The California-based comedian has taken it upon himself to remind people on Twitter of different promises they made to themselves years ago.

Is this a form of cruel and unusual punishment if they did this to themselves?

Here he is reminding this lady that she probably has Lyme disease.

Oh God, these are brutal. I don't even want to think about what crazy things I promised myself five years ago. I'm assuming they were all Rio Olympic-based.

This Twitter Nostradamus (Tweetstradamus?) even sort of predicted that RIM would be irrelevant by now.

So there you have it, folks. If you swear to yourself on Twitter, Jon Hendren will definitely be there to remind you to follow through on your own promises to yourself.
