When you feel stressed, what's your method of coping?

Maybe you don't have one, but high school student Alina Ramirez has you covered.

Ramirez, a senior high school student in Oxnard, California, shared a list of 101 ways to deal with stress on Twitter. She got the list from her Intro to Psychology teacher, who had handed it out to her entire class.

Ramirez took it a step further by sharing it with the world.

Talk about practical.

It doesn't matter how old you are or where you live; stress is part of the human experience.

The teacher, Brett Phillips, knows how stressful this time of year can be for students, especially during the college application crunch time.

But the tips on this list can apply to anyone.

Some examples are:

Get to work early. Memorize a joke. Do it today. Freely praise other people. Always have a plan "B."

Ramirez herself also highlighted a few she liked best, like "Look up at the stars."

Every item on this list goes to show that small, positive actions can make a big impact on your mood and stress levels. There is no one right way to deal with stress.

Ramirez keeps this list accessible in the front of her binder so she can look at it when she feels overwhelmed, according to BuzzFeed.

And it's a smart move to keep positive reminders at the ready for when life gets tough.

The list itself has been retweeted over 21,000 times, and it's flooded with responses thanking Ramirez for posting it. It's crazy how many people you can help with just one tweet.

It seems like many people out there really appreciated this sweet and simple pick-me-up.

Thanks, Alina.
