Man Writes Touching Post Praising Wife For Her Work As A Trauma Nurse

Trauma nurse Rayena Wesson sees plenty of heartbreak and struggle on a daily basis at work, but home life provides her with a system of support and respect all people would be lucky to get from their ungrateful roommates/cats/furniture.

Wesson's husband Bobby posted a tribute to the mother of his child on Facebook claiming she is a “hero.”

In the post, Bobby shared a photo of Rayena sleeping and wrote,

This is my wife Rayena taking a nap. In an hour she will wake up, put on her scrubs and get ready for work… She will kiss the baby, she will kiss me and she will leave to go take care of people that are having the worst day of their entire lives. Car wrecks, gunshot wounds, explosions, burns and breaks - professionals, poor, pastors, addicts and prostitutes - mothers, fathers, sons, daughters and families - it doesn't matter who you are or what happened to you. She will take care of you.

Over 14,000 commenters expressed their approval of the touching post (and one guy complained about the hosts on “The View” for some reason), and over 100,000 users shared it to honor the tireless work of a trauma nurse.
