In case you've been living under a rock, the Powerball jackpot reached a staggering $1.5 billion on Wednesday, and everyone and their dog is scrambling to buy a ticket.
You can't hear about a pile of money that big up for grabs and not think about how you'd spend it.
Personally, I'd upgrade to the newest Prius model (my 2007 is looking like a dirty old sneaker these days). Then, I'd populate a private island with rescue puppies -- all the rescue puppies.
Turns out, I'm not the only one who'd at least try to spend $1.5 billion on puppies.
