Someone Tried To Sell Nude Photos Of Sia, So She Posted Them Herself Like A Damn Boss

Taking a nude picture of yourself is always a risk. Whether you're sending it out to someone or just keeping it stored on your phone, the fact of the matter is, that picture could easily get in the hands of someone who doesn't have the best intentions. Luckily for us normal, non-famous people, our nudes don't have much value to complete strangers. And also, most people aren't trying to snap nude photos of us when we're not paying attention. But for famous people, everything is about 10 million times worse and the stakes are usually higher. For example, Sia's nude photos were taken when she wasn't paying attention. When you see the picture, it's pretty clear that she had no idea that it was being taken.

Not only did she likely not choose to have this photo taken of herself, but she definitely didn't choose for it to be sold to fans on the sly. Yep, that's right. After some creepy person took the nude pic of her chilling in private, the person also tried to sell the photos to fans of Sia. For most people, this would be an utter nightmare. You'd be left feeling totally powerless. But Sia is not most people. No, instead, she took matters into her own hands and decided to post the picture on Twitter herself, before the skeevy photographer had a chance to make money off of it. Tell me she's not a total inspiration.

I mean, see her tweet for yourself here. The text of the tweet read,

Someone is apparently trying to sell naked photos of me to my fans. Save your money, here it is for free. Everyday is Christmas!

Who's messing with Sia? No one. Boom. Like a true boss, she was able to take a situation that would have made most of us (rightfully) feel hopeless and weak and spun it into one where she managed to retain the control. Tell me you're not so inspired right now.

And it just keeps getting better! It turns out this nude, girl-power, bad*ss pic isn't the only gift Sia is giving us this Christmas. The "Chandelier" singer is also blessing us with an entire Christmas album — which is coincidentally named Everyday Is Christmas — set to drop Nov. 17, 2017.

But don't worry about having to hold out too long for a sneak peak of what I'm sure will be a bangin' album. If you're just way too pumped about this album and can't bring yourself to wait until then to hear Sia singing your favorite Christmas tunes, don't worry! She already has one single from the album out right now. It's called "Santa's Coming for Us," and I've hooked you up with the link to listen:

Do you guys love it... or do you love it? If you didn't get a chance to listen, let me give you the gist. Basically, it's like the cooler, more-2017 (slightly reggae vibes) musical daughter of "Santa Claus is Coming to Town." And although you would think a "slightly reggae vibes" Christmas song wouldn't work, this one weirdly does. Because everything Sia does works.

So my parting words of wisdom to you? Blast this song, dance around your room, and think about what a baller Sia is for posting that picture before any dumb jerk had the chance to make money off of it. And feel empowered to take back control of situations in which you feel powerless.
