Created by twerk-master Anet Antosova, twerkouts — exercise via twerking — found themselves a pretty solid cult following with those who'd rather shake their butts than get 'em to the gym.
It might sound ridiculous, but Antosova's routines are no joke (plus, they'll tone the booty better than anything else).
