Here Are Each State's Super Tuesday Results (Live Updates)

Super Tuesday includes a dozen states' primary votes as candidates race to become their party's presidential nominee.

This could be a make-or-break moment for Bernie Sanders, as well as a call to action for the GOP if Donald Trump gets a significant amount of wins.

We will be updating this post as the results come in, as well as live tweeting through the evening. Check this space as the news comes in.

Hillary Clinton: 7

Bernie Sanders: 4

Georgia

Update, 7:43 pm:

Clinton has won on the Democratic side with 71 percent of the vote. There are 102 delegates at stake.

Trump has won on the Republican side with 39 percent of the vote. There are 76 delegates at stake.

Virginia

Update, 8:57 pm:

Clinton has won on the Democratic side with 64 percent of the vote. There are 95 delegates at stake.

Trump has won on the Republican side with 35 percent of the vote. There are 49 delegates at stake.

Vermont

Sanders has won on the Democratic side with 86 percent of the vote. There are 16 delegates at stake.

Trump has won on the Republican side with 33 percent of the vote. There are 16 delegates at stake.

Alabama
