This Guy Beat A Woman With Chicken After Trying To Flirt

Look, I'm not really sure what the hell is going on with some of you human beings out there currently roaming our planet.

But it's starting to look like a vast majority of you guys lost your minds. The proof? Just scroll through the news for the day.

That should be all the convincing you need!

If it's not, this story should do the trick. A lunatic of a man was arrested by law enforcement after beating a woman with a bag of frozen chicken. Now, at this point, you're probably laughing out loud but this is no laughing matter.

It all went down on a bus in Chicago.

A 27-year-old man named Caleb Russell had been riding on the bus when he attempted to flirt with a fellow female passenger.

The woman, who did not feel like interacting with Russell, was eventually beaten by Russell with a bag of frozen chicken after ignoring him.

During the incident, the bus driver stopped the bus to deal with the situation at hand.

At that point, Russell allegedly attacked the 52-year-old bus driver with the bag of chicken, too.

The assault caused the bus driver to lose a tooth and suffer a broken jaw and nose.

Savage.

Russell was eventually arrested and charged with battery and aggravated battery to a transit employee, according to Time.

The original owner of the bag of chicken remains unclear...

I'm just going to ahead and say it -- what the fuck were you thinking, man?

Did you actually think resulting to violence because a woman refused to give into your creepy ways was the proper course of action?

Because it obviously wasn't.

The bad news is that two innocent people were injured during this bizarre incident.

The good news is that the chicken-wielding maniac is in police custody. That's one less basket case and one less bag of chicken on the streets.

According to DNA Info, Cook County Judge Peggy Chiampas set Russell's bail at $100,000.

This isn't the first time Caleb Russell, or as I like to call him, "The Chicken Man," has run into trouble with the law during a bus ride.

Back in 2014, Russell was sentenced to two years in prison for making false bomb threats on a bus in Chicago.
