Here's What You Can Eat Based On The Workout You Just Finished

by Leigh Weingus

In case you haven't heard, exercise is really freaking good for you.

It boosts your mood, busts stress, makes you more creative and more productive. As an added bonus, it can help you lose weight!

Here's the thing, though: A lot of people think a 2-mile jog means they can head to McDonald's for Big Macs and orders of fries and still lose weight.

Sadly, that's just not the case.

The calories people actually burn during any given exercise depends on weight, age, fitness level, heart rate and more, so it's hard to know exactly how many calories you're burning.

So we decided to take a look looked at the average calories burned by a 150-pound person during a certain exercise and looked at what that added up to food-wise.

Long story short, you probably can't out-exercise your bad diet.

Here's the breakdown:

Craving restaurant ramen? You still might have to ask them to hold the pork.

So many downward dogs, so little spaghetti.

Sorry, but you probably can't have fries with that.

Just keep swimming.

Spinning is hard. But cake is so good.

Robert Rodriguez

Will run for cheeseburgers!

Robert Rodriguez

Well, this sucks.

Robert Rodriguez

We'd do it for three slices of pizza.

This is bananas.
