2013 is officially the year of the Yeezus. Kanye has blessed his fans with a new album. Not every song is a club banger or lyrical masterpiece, but the production is just wow. We haven't heard an album that puts together so many various samples into one cohesive work.

It has been an eventful year for Kanye to say the least, his album dropped and his celebrity girlfriend, Kim Kardashian, gave birth. It was more of a slip and slide than traditional labor, but who cares -- it's not our baby anyway. It is almost impossible for Kanye to stay out of the headlines.

Kanye's year has been a significant one and there are many lessons we can take away from this man. Here are the 10 things we learned from Kanye in 2013:

It's perfectly fine to name your child after a compass direction.

Recently the A-list couple, Kanye and Kim Kardashian, added a new addition to the family: a baby girl. This baby girl received quite some attention and had already headlined many publications before even being conscious. The only thing left to do was to give her an outrageous name and, voilà, we have the perfect media story in the works.

There were many rumors as to what the name of the baby would be, but a couple a days after the birth, Kanye and Kim shocked the world with the name they chose. Every parent wants to set their children on the right path, but it looks like Kanye's kid has only one direction to go and that's straight to the top (and a little to the left). North West is the official name of the baby, some people like it -- but we feel they should've gone in a different direction.

No one should be forced to have sex with their pregnant girlfriend, that's what Canadian models are for.

While your girlfriend or wife is pregnant, it is perfectly okay to be by her side and take care of her. However there comes a time when a man's needs just kick in. No one wants to be railing out their pregnant girlfriend while their unborn child is properly prepping itself in the womb.

People always tell you to keep it 100, but this is clearly not enough for Kanye. It's time to step our games up and keep it 300. Kanye is telling us that we need to bring ourselves to a new level in order to further develop as humans. Why not keep it 300? If you keep it 300, then you're keeping it like the Romans, with 300 b*itches -- so bring on the Trojans and enjoy.

It's perfectly fine to go on a Twitter rant once in a while.

Sometimes we go long periods of time without expressing ourselves and this can be detrimental, as it leads to a lot of pent up emotions. Kanye has told us that there is no better way to express your feelings than by going on a Twitter rant. Why not express all that bothers you at one time once in a while?

This way no one will expect it and when it does come, people will actually listen. So keep those thoughts inside and then just explode all over Twitter and let the world know why you're mad.

Don't rock 'Forever 21' if you just turned 30.

We all can't be young forever and this is something we struggle with on a daily basis. No one looks forward to getting old and frail, yet it is a natural part of life, so just accept it. Kanye is telling us to act our age and embrace it. There is a problem if you are 30-years-old and still partying in the club on a Thursday. Just remember as you order that bottle of champagne, you don't look less thirsty. It's time you settle down and figure out what you truly want to do with your life.

One good girl is worth a thousand b*tches.

Kanye is just reiterating the wise words of quality over quantity. What's the point of having over a thousand girls if none of them are up to par with your true standards? Don't sell yourself short and remember that you will get what you deserve. Work hard and don't be so thirsty for the first girl you see. Maybe Kanye should've taken this advice himself, as his girl isn't the best pick up -- I mean she did become famous from a home video.
