People on the Internet have a seemingly unexplainable and unending obsession with the final decade of millenniums beginning with "1," but there's one aspect of the 90s nobody seems to miss: the Internet itself.

We've come a long way in the past few decades, and we thankfully live in a world where you no longer have to worry about somebody picking up the phone while you're loading a grainy picture of an exposed nipple.

Google Fiber has been one of the most influential parties when it comes to increasing Internet speeds, but having access to the kind of bandwidth that makes Comcast executives cry isn't without its downsides.

That's why Google Fiber has introduced "Dial-Up Mode" for people who enjoy watching Netflix three seconds at time.
