Usually, novelty license plates are about as creative as George Bush's tragic self-portraits and don't get much more clever than "PSYLVR." But occasionally, you see one that's legitimately funny.
Maybe the best part of seeing a license plate that actually makes you laugh is the fact you know how much effort the owner had to go through in order to get it. Knowing a person went that far for the joke makes it all the more wonderful.
