While you can make the argument that every cartoon character ever created is a stoner, there have been a select few who probably get extra baked. From fictional animals, to sponges living under the sea, there's nothing stopping these illustrations from getting smacked.

But how could the shows' creators do this? Don't they realize that a bunch of young children watch this programming and are easily swayed to emulate what they see on TV? I guess it makes sense considering how many of us turned out.

There's nothing better than a cartoon character who's damn high, they can't even hide it. And why should they? It's just a plant! You already know Spongebob is smoking on that barnacle leaf. These are the cartoon characters that are definitely stoners.
