Today is First Lady Michelle Obama's 50th birthday. That's right; the (wife of the) leader of the free world has turned a half a century old today and we'd like to commemorate her for her strength -- literally, her arm strength.
It has been well-documented by the United States Academy Of I-Just-Made-This-Up that the First Lady could beat anybody in the White House cabinet in an arm wrestling match. When the president is in a jam and needs someone to make a big decision, Michelle is there with the authoritative fist. We truly are a bi-cep-partisan government.
So, in honor of the birth of the toughest First Lady since Eleanor Roosevelt, let's listen to this Shania Twain song and check out some of the best pictures of Michelle Obama flexing:
"The best thing about being a woman..."
"Is the prerogative to have a little fun..."
"OoOoh, oh, oh, go totally crazy; forget I'm a lady..."
"Men's shirts, short skirts..."
"OoOoh, oh, oh, really go wild, yeah; doin' it in style..."
"OoOoh, oh, oh, get in the action; feel the attraction..."
"Color my hair, do what I dare..."
"OoOoh, oh, oh, I wanna be free, yeah, to feel the way I feel..."
"Man! I feel like a woman!"
"I get totally crazy..."
"Can you feel it..."
"Come, come, come on baby! I feel like a woman!"
If only she could get the president to hit the gym, too...
Happy Birthday, Michelle Obama! Here's to 50 more years of enormous biceps!
