This Tiny Washing Machine Could Change The Way We Do Laundry Forever

by Robert Anthony

One of the toughest things about living in a big city is not being able to have your own washing machine.

This is mainly because there are way too many people living in one area for everyone to have enough space to fit both a washer and dryer in their apartments. It's already almost impossible to live comfortably, and that would just make it worse.

Instead, people unwillingly venture out to the nearest laundromat or, if they're lucky, their building offers private laundry facilities. Unfortunately, not everyone is that fortunate.

However, there's a fix! It's called the Drumi from Yirego, and it's a foot-powered miniature washing machine. According to Huffington Post, the Drumi has the ability to clean three days' worth of undergarments in just five minutes.

Each load uses about two gallons of water and a minimal amount of soap to get the job done. According to Yirego, it uses about 80 percent less water than a traditional washing machine does.

At this point, you're probably wondering exactly how much something like this costs? Try a reasonable $169!

After all, it beats having to leave your apartment after a long, tiring day just to wash a couple of T-shirts.
