Here's How You Can Get Your Hot Little Hands On A New Tesla Model 3

In a blog post Tesla released on Monday, the innovative, all-electric car company announced it would be taking reservations for its new $30,000 Model 3. Starting on March 31, you will be able to reserve your very own Model 3 for a $1,000 deposit fee.

According to the blog post, you can make your reservation online or at the Tesla dealership nearest you. Should you decide to cancel your reservation and get a new Prius or something (gasp!), your reservation will be fully refunded.

Priority will be given to existing Tesla owners, so if you want to be at the top of the list for the Tesla Model 3, you better buy a Model S or X today.

Production is set to begin late next year, after which they'll begin shipping out the electric vehicles first to the West Coast and then across the country.
